Hi, Im Santo!

I am a certified personal trainer, and a lifestyle & behaviour coach who has (as you can see from my photo) also had his own challenges with his weight in the past.

I used to compete in competitive amateur boxing, and at one point would fluctuate in weight anywhere from 20 - 30 pounds between competitions.

After my boxing career, I decided that if I wanted to start making better decisions, not only for the short term, but also for the long term as well. I would encourage people to sign up with me for personal training in person, when I myself didn’t even have a coach.

I felt as if this was disingenuous of me to be asking people to not only invest in, but take part of a process I wasn’t participating in.

Now I help high performing men (and a few women) lose weight & keep it off permanently in a sustainable way.

I started working as a personal trainer & boxing coach in 2010, gained thousands of hours of experience both one-on-one with clients as well as in group & corporate settings.

In 2015, I started online training with one client who was keen to work online, as in person training was not a cost effective option for him, but still wanted to train. He is still an online client today.

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people online improve their overall strength, body composition & relationship with food to help them live a life with more confidence when it comes to feeling not only confident in their skin, but also in their choices with activity & food.
