What Do My Clients Have To Say?
“We started with using the scale as our metric, then I quickly recognized what you meant by the scale doesn’t tell the whole story; so I’m glad we only check in on that every so often.
It’s been great tracking my progress with photos. You see yourself everyday but you wont always notice the differences. When you put up the progress photos for me to do, it give me an opportunity to see the changes that are coming through, look at my arms!!
Not only do I feel better, but I feel that this is being done in a way that’s sustainable & focuses on me as the individual. I appreciate that we have made a genuine connection online.
When we jump on the calls to check-in, its never just straight into how the workouts are going, but you ask me “Hey, how are YOU doing” and make sure that all is good on my end to.
I really appreciate that you do that.

“The biggest change in perspective for nutrition I had was that I always used to look at it day to day - Santo would yell at me because I would be complaining about what I had been eating & he would say like “Hey, who cares you had some popcorn & candy bars last night, you ate really good all week.
Its the same thing with training I have a week where I don’t workout at all or minimally because I’m travelling for work & can only walk & get my steps in.
If you stretch that out on a two month horizon, I still made huge progress. All of March I barely worked out but I still got stronger & leaner & felt really good about myself going into April.
The day to day stuff you need to look to sometimes you’ve got to completely ignore & look at things positively.

There’s been a lot of metric focused breakthroughs while working with Santo.
Hitting 405 Lbs on my deadlift was the biggest breakthrough.
My overall conditioning has improved dramatically, the one thing that I think really separates good from great even within amateurs within this space is conditioning.
It’s something that if you’re not working with a coach who understand the importance of tying together the strength & conditioning, it’s going to be very challenging to push yourself.
Having weaknesses & imbalances between them become very obvious & if you cant be strong & run a moderate distance I would think your overall fitness is a bit in question in that regard.

“I knew Santo was going to help me get stronger physically, but I did not expect him to provide the mental health support I needed.
his positive approach to life is highly contagious.
His ability to take me to a better place mentally blew me away, and he is half my age.
I could not be more impressed and appreciative “.
